Preceded in death by her mother June Brooks, father Delbert Kircher, step father Harry Sheely and step father Arthur Ozsvath.
Born and raised with her brother Bill in Maryland, Carole was very close to her brother Bill, mother June and her step father Harry. She enjoyed a number of careers including her work at John’s Hopkins hospital, working as a travel agent, working in the executive offices of Sky Harbor, and working for a health insurance company. Carole married the love of her life, Lary Martin, in 2007, and was immensely proud of Lary’s son Ryan. Both Carole and Lary retired shortly after they married and were delighted to attend live local theater productions and do a good deal of traveling, both domestic and international. Every year or two they went back to Maryland to visit many of Carole’s dear friends and family and to enjoy Maryland’s amazing seafood. Carole was a woman of great faith and kind heart who was always generous with her time and energies. She loved her husband and her home and delighted in having friends over for tea (tea leaf reading) or for Lary’s fabulous home cooking. She stayed in close contact with innumerable friends and was always happy to help whenever anyone asked. Her prayers and insightful, faith-filled guidance blessed all who knew her. Carole truly enjoyed china painting and was very happy to spend afternoons or full days painting with friends. Many of us have lovely pieces she made especially for us.
Carole is survived by her husband Lary, his son Ryan, her brother Bill and his wife Mary, Lary’s brothers and their wives, and many friends and extended family members, both local and distant. She was a true gem and will be dearly, deeply missed.
Carole volunteered her time to Pueblo Grande Museum Auxillary. In lieu of flowers Carole requested donations be made to Pueblo Grande Museum Auxillary, www.pueblogrande.org
