78 of Phoenix, Arizona, passed away on November 19, 2011. He was born in Ottawa, Kansas on September 28, 1933, son of the late George and Annette Hamilton. He was married to Patricia L. Hamilton in 1951 and they had 4 children, Rick, Lynne, Doug and Mark. George left 9 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren and surviving siblings Gary, Patsy and Dorothy. George retired from the Phoenix Police Department as a lieutenant. He was an Elder at the Canyon Church of Christ and devoted his later years in service to the Lord. Visitation will be held at 10:30 AM, Saturday, November 26, 2011 at Green Acres Mortuary & Cemetery, followed by the Funeral Service at 12:00 PM, located at 401 N. Hayden Rd. Scottsdale, AZ 85257.
