Gerald "Jerry" Yobbie

Gerald J. (Jerry) Yobbie, age 61 of Scottsdale, AZ. formerly of St. Paul and Forest Lake, MN., went to be with our Lord and Savior on June 13, 2010. He died peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family. He was born January 14th, 1949. He was preceded in death by parents Louis (Lou) and Genevieve (Red) Yobbie and brother Leroy (Butch) Yobbie. Survived by, wife of 35 years Valerie (Vaillancourt), daughter Abby Head (Ashley), two grandsons Aidan and Archer Head, sister Roxanne Durkin, brother Tim (Kim) Yobbie, sister in law Bev Yobbie. He will be greatly missed by a large extended family and friends. Jerry dedicated his life to the Lord in 1996 and has been a servant of God ever since. Jerry drove for M&W, Silver Truck and Leaseway in Minnesota. For the last 18 years he resided in Arizona and drove for Longust Distributing. He loved his family, shooting, golf and the Lord. His memorial service will be at the Grace Chapel, 8524 E. Thomas Rd. in Scottsdale on Saturday, June 26th from 1-3PM.
