Gladys Gwendolyn Young

Gladys Gwendolyn Young, a resident of Friendship Village Health Care Center, 2525 E. Southern Avenue, Tempe, Arizona passed away on November 30, 2016 in Banner Desert Hospital. Gladys was ninety four (94) years old and was born in Gallup, New Mexico June 7, 1922.

Gladys and her family ran a trading post on the Navajo Indian Reservation until 1945 at which time she moved to the Phoenix area with her family. Her marriage to Fred brought her great joy as they traveled the country in their 5th wheel. She was a member of the East Valley Church of the Nazarene. She loved cooking, sewing, knitting, playing cards & most of all doing puzzles.

Gladys is survived by her four (4) children.
