Harold Kuiper, 88, passed peacefully in Chandler, Arizona, on November 26, 2013. He was born on October 5, 1925, in Racine, Wisconsin, to loving parents Henry and Sadie Kuiper. Visitation is scheduled from 5pm-8pm, Monday, December 2, 2013, at Green Acres Chapel of Light.
