23, of Tempe, Arizona passed away on December 14, 2011. Jordan is survived by his loving family- Parents Mary Wentzel & Jeff (Amy) Wentzel, Brother Justin Wentzel, Grandparents Bob & Arlene Wentzel and Marilyn (Wally, dec.) Fjelstad, along with countless Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and Friends. A Memorial Service will be held on Monday December 19, 2011 at 12:00 Noon at Green Acres Funeral Home 401 N Hayden Rd Scottsdale AZ. In lieu of flowers, a donation to The Centers of Habilitation in Tempe, Arizona would be sincerely appreciated.
