Pak Shum Fong passed away surrounded by family on July 4 at the age of 74 in Gilbert, AZ. He is survived by his wife Su Yi, his four children: Diana, Terri, Anna and Tony, their respective spouses: Marc, Christian, Steve, and Vivian, and five grandchildren: Caroline, Madeline, Emily, Alex, and Alyssa. He is also survived by his sister, Lesie Hom, and predeceased by his parents Kong Sak Fong and Sheung Lee Fong and brother, Paul Fong.
A visitation will be held on Friday, July 11, 2025, from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Green Acres Mortuary, located at 401 North Hayden Road, Scottsdale, AZ 85257.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, July 12, 2025, 10:00 am, Green Acres Mortuary, 401 N. Hayden Road, Scottsdale, AZ 85257.
