Bouchy, Rita Joyce of Tempe, Arizona passed away on July 7, 2012. Born May 8, 1942 in Erie, Pennsylvania to Orva Leslie Cutright and Carol Lucille Cutright. She was welcomed home by her Lord and Savior on July 7, 2012 at the age of 70. Her battle with cancer was tenaciously fought. A graduate of Canon-McMillan High School in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania, Rita moved to Phoenix in 1963 and co-founded Tri-City Transmission in 1972. Rita loved surrounding herself with her family and traveling with her husband. Rita will be most remembered by her strong spirit and her loyalty to her family. She is survived by her mother; her sister, Diane Cutright Baughman Pannell and her husband, Steve Pannell; and her eternal companion, Leon Emile Bouchy. Leon was her husband for 49 years, they would have celebrated their 50th anniversary in September. She was proud of her two sons, Jeffrey and Brett, her daughters-in-law, Laura and Brandy, and her 9 grandchildren - Brett II, Joshua, Saile, Caleb, Jeffrey Jr, Lola, Sophie, Micah, and Ryne. A Funeral Service will be held at Green Acres in Scottsdale on Thursday, July 12 at 9:30am.
