Ruth Etta Marie Moore

Ruth was born March 8, 1919 in Canton, Ohio to Eva Mae Marchbank and Correll Millard Pasco. She was the youngest of 6 children.

She married the love of her life, Walter F. Moore, July 19, 1948 in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Together with their daughter, Patricia, they moved to Arizona in 1950. They resided in Scottsdale for 25 years where she worked and retired from Motorola. Afterwards, she spent the rest of her life in Mesa.

Some of her favorite things were her family, animals, playing cards and dice, puzzles, and the Arizona Diamondbacks. She was ‘Grandma’ to many people.

Ruth was preceded in death by her parents, Eva and Correll Pasco, brothers, Herbert Pasco and Virgil (Leto) Pasco, sisters, Gladys Pasco, Lucille (Ralph) Lauper, Julia (Titus) Oswald, and by her husband, Walter F. Moore, and stepson, Richard Moore.

She is survived by her daughter, Patricia (Monte) Talbot; her grandchildren, Cody (Jen) Talbot, Neely (Brandon) Tarnutzer, and Katy Talbot; her great-grandchildren, Ashlyn, Hazen, Rigden and Brock Talbot, and Tyler, Aiden, and Bryce Judd.

A graveside service for Ruth will be held Friday, January 12, 2024 at 11:00 AM at Green Acres Mortuary & Cemetery, 401 North Hayden Road, Scottsdale, AZ 85257.
