Samantha Guillen Ramirez

Sammy was born on December 15, 2000 to Gabriela and Jaime Guillen in Phoenix, Arizona. Since childhood, Sammy was extroverted, kind, tender, and could usually be found smiling, lighting up any room she walked into. Always altruistic, Sammy was known to go above and beyond to lend a helping hand to anyone who needed it, big or small.

She worked hard and played even harder. Never one to miss a fun outing, Sammy lived life to the fullest. Her rebellious nature led her to seek thrilling activities, including riding the biggest roller coasters, skydiving, and sneaking into the VIP. She loved attending concerts and gatherings of all types. Sammy dressed to impress, accessorized with her signature lashes, lip gloss, and tooth gems. She loved the finer things in life, opting for Hot Cheetos, chips, or candy as her meals of choice. To offset her eating habits, Sammy frequented the gym and stayed active.

While her zest for life was great, her love for animals was greater. She helped birth many puppies, including her own pets, and often volunteered at Liberty Wildlife in Phoenix. She dreamed of working with animals and cared for any she encountered as if they were her own. Sammy always had extra food on-hand to feed neighborhood strays and she never missed an opportunity to snuggle with her dogs.

Her charisma attracted many friends from all walks of life, including plenty of small children who often sought her out. If one of her tiny friends was visiting, Sammy would drop everything to play with them. She could befriend just about anyone, charming them with her infectious smile and witty conversation. She loved her friends and family dearly, and it’s clear everyone loved her just as much, if not more.

Sammy had a long bucket list of 300 items, achieving many of those goals in her short, but fulfilling life.

She is survived by her parents, Gabriela and Jaime, siblings, Alejandra and Giovanni, dogs, Paris and Mellie, and tortoise, Maluma Baby.

A visitation for Samantha will be held Sunday, March 31, 2024 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Green Acres Mortuary & Cemetery, 401 North Hayden Road, Scottsdale, AZ 85257.

Funeral services will be held Monday, April 1, 2024 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, followed by a graveside service at Green Acres Mortuary & Cemetery, 401 North Hayden Road, Scottsdale, AZ 85257.

Samantha Guillén Ramirez, de 23 años, de cariño Sammy, falleció inesperadamente el 24 de marzo del 2024.

Sammy nació el 15 de diciembre del 2000 en Phoenix, Arizona. Sus padres son Gabriela y Jaime Guillén. Desde niña Sammy era extrovertida, tierna, y impactaba con su sonrisa. Era una persona muy responsable, estudiosa, escuchaba consejos y los ponia en practica. Sammy era una persona altruista y siempre ayudaba a los que la necesitaban a cualquier hora del dia.

Sammy vivió la vida al máximo. Le gustaban las aventuras extremas, incluyendo las montañas rusas y el paracaidismo. Llenaba cualquier lugar en donde estaba con su luz. Sammy hacia amigos a donde sea que iba. Nunca perdia la oportunidad de divertirse. Le encantaba ir a conciertos y reuniones de todo tipo, siempre elegante con sus pestañas únicas, brillo de labios y diamantes en los dientes. Amaba las cosas buenas de la vida y siempre optaba por Hot Cheetos, papas fritas y dulces como sus comidas preferidas. Al mismo tiempo, Sammy era muy activa y dedicada a los deportes.

Ella tenia un carisma que atraia a los niños. Con su sonrisa, paciencia, y amor los conquistaba. Dejaba lo que estaba haciendo para jugar con cualquier niño que la conocía.

Sammy amaba a los animales. Ayudó a dar a luz a muchos cachorros, incluidas sus propias mascotas, fue voluntaria en Liberty Wildlife en Phoenix, y siempre rescataba a los animales en peligro. Soñaba con trabajar con animales y los cuidaba a todos como si fueran suyos. Sammy siempre tenía comida extra a la mano para alimentar a los gatos y perros callejeros del vecindario y nunca perdía la oportunidad de acurrucarse con sus perritas.

Amaba muchísimo a sus amigos y familiares, y está claro que todos la amaban igual, si no más. Ella tenía una lista larga de 300 deseos y logró muchos de sus objetivos en su corta pero plena vida.

Le sobreviven sus padres Gabriela y Jaime, sus hermanos Alejandra y Giovanni, sus perritas Paris y Mellie, y su tortuga Maluma Baby.
