Charles Raymond Bacon departed this life on his terms.
He met the love of his life, Eleanor, and was married for 54 years. His passion for life and learning filled his 92 years with electrical engineering, civil service, veteran of the Navy, philosophy, folkdance, world travel, and generosity to those he met along the way.
He leaves a legacy of kindness, compassion; and is survived by his two daughters and an expanded family of friends.
