Colleen Davis Pederson

In the afternoon of Saturday, October 30, 2021, Colleen Davis Pederson peacefully passed into the light, love, and peace of the Lord in the presence of her daughters, Candy, and Julie and granddaughter Tiffany.

Colleen was born in Seattle to Jeannette and Walter Davis. Beginning in childhood, Colleen had a love of dance which grew into a passion for teaching and later competition ballroom dancing. Colleen loved traveling having the Kaanapali Coast on Maui as a favorite destination. Colleen’s greatest treasure was her family. She hosted a family Christmas Eve celebration for over 65 years. Her passion for life and positive insights inspired others to have passion in their own lives. She became successful due to her own hard work.

Her career spanned decades being a dance instructor, manager at Nordstrom’s and office manager at several dental practices. Colleen worked continuously for 72 years not retiring until she was 85.

Colleen leaves behind four children; Wayne (Theresa), Candy, Julie, and Todd. Grandchildren; Evan (Madison), Tiffany, Kelly (Brad), Taylor, Brandon, and Addy. Great-grandchildren: Milana, Geneva and Charlie.

Colleen’s life will be celebrated with a service at Acacia on December 3, 2021, at 11:00am followed by a reception at her home.

There will be a celebration at Kaanapali at a date to be announced.
