Yvonne was born in Brownwood, Texas and passed away in Seattle, Washington. While married to Don G. Love (USAF Ret.) she lived in many cities and several countries. This lifestyle helped to encourage her lifelong love of travel. Making a strong and happy family for their four children was the focus of their lives. Don passed away in 1974, after a marriage of 29 years. In 1978, Yvonne married Jim Girard beginning another long union.
Yvonne was preceded in death by her parents, Rayford Phillips and Claudia Phillips Skurlock; sisters, Frances and Claudia; brother, Bob; and first husband, Don Love. She leaves behind her husband, Jim Girard; sister, Billie Jo (Houston) Kennedy; brother, Rayford (Wanda) Phillips; four children, Evette (John) Mardesich, Tana (Dan) Melton, Cyrus (Sheryl) Love, and Robin Love; seven grandchildren, three great grandchildren; many loving extended family and friends.

Yvonne was a beautiful woman inside and out. Her loving family will miss her always.
