

With heart's full of hope. We acknowledge that she has gone home. She is in her John's arms and surrounded by her precious loves. They are renewing their vows with the everlasting love of their Lord Jesus. On earth, tears are of sadness. In heaven, immense joy!
Georgie as she was affectionately known was born in Everett, Washington on May 3rd, 1934 To Leslie and Dorothy Joseph. She had one sister Leslie Marion and a brother Lynn. After graduating from Everett High School she went on to receive her bachelor’s degree in education at Western Washington University. It was there she met the love of her life John.
John and Georgie were married on August 28th, 1958 and bought a house in Lake Forest Park where they raised their wonderful daughter's Janel Emily and Emarlyn Ann. Georgie taught grade school in the Shoreline school district retiring in 1989. John and Georgie were married almost 25 years when Lymphoma took John's life at the early age of 53. Georgie never remarried.
Mom was a talented artist with a keen eye for photography. As many can attest who have been blessed to receive one of her lovely greeting cards. Georgianna was beyond generous. An example for us all. She had a passion for travel and a true appreciation of the natural world. Her greatest love was for her family. Oh how she loved her Johnny, Kendra and Julia. They lovingly called her "gran".
She is survived by her eldest daughter Janel and husband Bryan Schulz. Her youngest daughter Emarlyn and husband Simon Guerrero. Granddaughter Kendra Azari and her fiancé Gerald Barnes. And her great grandchildren Jimena, Salvador, Sincere and Shawn.
