Gunter H. Jurek, 85, of Seattle, passed away peacefully in his home surrounded by family on June 10, 2013. Gunter was born in Berlin, Germany on February 14, 1928 and settled in Seattle in 1963. Gunter was a loving family man who is survived by his wife of 55 years, Margarete, his sons Tom Jurek (Lori) and Bernie Jurek (Ellen), and granddaughters Kristen and Courtney.
