Farewell Uncle  Herb and Aunt Vi, prayers sent  up for you both. Rest In Peace.

May both of them rest in heaven.  They were both amazing, warm hearted, and loving people. I'm very thankful to be able to call them family.  Im sending light, love, and prayers to all of their children, grandchildren, and close friends 

Uncle Herb and Auntie Vi,

You are loved and missed by so many. You have built an amazing, beautiful, and strong family. You were both always so loving, welcoming, and warm. I will always think fondly of our summer visits to Seattle. Memories of picking blackberries in the backyard with all the cousins. Our family eating and laughing together while always feeling so safe and loved at your home. Sending love to all the Lyon family. May you both Rest In Peace.

I would like to send love to the Lyon family. Uncle Herb was always a true OG, had many stories to tell and I will forever cherish the times we all spent up here together on trips that you can never get back, Uncle Herb and Auntie Violet were always very welcoming to let everyone in their house when we traveled and I have some core memories built there for sure. We are deeply hurt by the sudden loss of two beautiful souls.......Uncle Herbie and Auntie Violet... Thank you for the time and memories you have shared with us all through out the years. Thank you for being so gracious receiving us in your house with open arms! We have fond memories with you from my sister's wedding to Jame's wedding in Chelan and many more!  Uncle Herbie, you were always happy to see family. I can still remember that you love doing little projects in your  house with John every time we visit. We  enjoyed every moment we spent with both of you and Pogi! We will forever cherish those memories! We will surely miss you! We love you!❤❤❤

I am deeply saddened to hear of Herb and Vi's passing.  When I first started at Valley Medical Center, I assisted in many cases - and that is when I met Vi.  Over the past years I was honored to be Herb's physician.  He always amazed me, as he never looked his age, always 20 years younger.  I have enjoyed our office visits in the years gone by, and he will be missed by me and our office staff at Fairwood.

My thoughts and prayers are with the family at this difficult and sad time.

My heart goes out to the Lyon family, wishing you comfort and love during this difficult time.  I recently found myself thinking back fondly on several of the Willkom summer road trips. Where, along with my parents, aunts, uncles and all of us younger cousins would trek up to Seattle where Uncle Herb and Auntie Vi lovingly welcomed us all into their home with open arms. We hope everyone can find comfort in the fond memories and celebrate two great lives.

Uncle Herb, 
Time with you and Auntie Violet was too short and taken away too soon. Also saddened by the two plus years that COVID kept us apart.  However, the sadness of your passing is brightened by all the memories and telephone calls with each other.  My first memory of you is when you would visit grandma near and my mom and our family in Cagayan de Oro.  The numerous visits over the years that our families had with you and Auntie Violet in Seattle, Vancouver, Victoria, Lake Tahoe, the Bay Area, Oregon, Mt. Rainier and other places will always be remembered and cherished. Thank you for always welcoming us into your home and being so kind and gracious to us all. Uncle Herb you were always happy to see your sisters big and loud family. Talking with you and Auntie Violet about your children and grandchildren we could always tell how much you loved and cared about them all.  Your legacy will live on in your children, grandchildren, and great grandchild.  You and Auntie Violet will live on in our hearts and prayers too. Rest in Peace Uncle Herb.
