Jane passed away on November 6, 2013 in Bothell, WA after a brief illness. She was born on December 21, 1920 in Portsmouth, Ohio to Russell and Josephine Burke. Following High School, Jane did some nursing training and eventually worked as a receptionist in the medical field.
Amongst other things, Jane was an artist especially excelling in watercolor paintings. Later in life she joined the Northshore Senior Center in Bothell and was one of the Northshore Steppers. The Northshore Steppers danced at various events to raise money for the Senior Center.
She is preceded in death by her husband Charles Vencill. She is survived by her daughter, Sandra Soreng and son, Jeffrey Stockham.
