Joslyn Louise Drawdy

Joslyn Louise Drawdy left us much too early on May 14th, 2024 after a long battle with asthma. She has gone to the spirit in the sky joining other loved ones. Joslyn was born to parents Larry and Jeanine Drawdy on January 17th, 1985 in Tacoma, Washington. She was the middle child, spending her early life growing up with her two older sisters: Janelle and Jericho, and two younger siblings: a brother Lucas and sister Jaelee. Josie Lou was baptized, confirmed, and guided inspirationally by the members of Grace Lutheran Church of Des Moines, Washington. Joslyn made many lifelong friends at Grace Lutheran as she did in local public schools, graduating from Mount Rainier High School of Des Moines, Washington in 2003. After graduation she was always gainfully employed. Her last job was in the medical lab industry that she was very proficient at and immensely enjoyed. Joslyn had a beautiful smile and a unique sense of humor with a free spirit being a little loud at times when talking and laughing. Named Joslyn Louise, and early on becoming Josie Lou, Mojo, and known in her latter years simply as ''Jo.'' Beyond being smart, pretty, and fun, she was one of the kindest human beings to ever inhabit the earth, helping take care of her grandma Bernie in her twilight years the two of them became very close. Josie Lou always spoke her mind and supported the underdogs and those who could not help themselves. With her head up and heart open, we miss her and love her.
