Keith was born in Portland, Oregon on May 25, 1925. He grew up in Newberg, Oregon. After serving in WWII Keith attended the University of Washington Dental School. He practiced dentistry in Seattle for 40 years. He was preceded in death by his wife of 74 years, Patricia Jephcott Timberlake. He is survived by his three daughters, Terry Timberlake, Katie Donegan(Mike), Becky Bishop(Dan), 5 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. The family will be holding a private memorial.
