Odney Templeton

Odney passed away on 2/26/2012 after a long battle with dementia/ alzheimers. She lived a very full life and loved the many years of square dancing with her beloved husband Tom ( deceased 1977). She is now re-united with Tom, her parents Hans and Marie Floe, her sisters Haldis McGregor(John), Agnes Humphrey( Robert) and Marie Campbell ( Colin), who also predeceased her.

Mom was born in Everett, Washington but lived most of her life in Seattle. She graduated from Queen Anne High School and the University of Washington with two of her sisters. While at UW she was a member of Sigma Kappa sorority.

She was an excellent cook and had a green thumb and could grow anything. She loved travel and playing bridge. She is survived by her son John, daughter Ann Tschan (Don)

Grandson David Tschan (Torrie), great grandsons Cooper and Logan Tschan and many nieces and nephews.

Special thanks to all the caregivers, current and previous, at the Terrace at The Gardens at Town Square who took such good care of her. They are very special and caring people who helped make her time there special. Also thanks to Providence Hospice of Seattle for their care during her last few months.

There will be no service at her request. Internment at Acacia Memorial Park and Funeral HomeFuneral in Seattle. Donations may be made to the Alzheimers Association or a charity of choice.
