Nghia Lam Quach was born September 1, 1945 in Ca Mau, Vietnam. He married Thuy Ho on May 18, 1972 in Saigon. They immigrated to the United States on January 1, 1980 with their five year old son Ngu Quach. In 1982 they welcomed their daughter Emerald Quach. Building a new life in America was not always easy but what he loved most was being surrounded by family. He spent 30 years working as a bilingual instructional assistant for the Seattle Public Schools. He made so many connections with students, family, and the community. His favorite things in the world were his two grandkids, Ethan and Kinhley. Nghia Quach passed away unexpectedly on the morning of July 11th, 2025. Memorial services will be held at Acacia Funeral Home 14951 Bothell Way NE Seattle. There is a Buddhist Service at 10am on July 23rd, and visitation from 11am-2pm. There will also be a visitation time from 10am to 1pm on July 24th with a graveside service from 1-2pm.
