Salvador Ramos Rocili was born to the late Stanley Soriano Rocili and Natividad Ramos, March 21, 1946, in the Philippines. He came to the United States in 1967. He married Charlene Louise Hoidal in 1973 and they lived together in King Cove, AK until they relocated to Lynnwood, WA Permanently 2 years ago.
Sal was an employee of the City of King Cove until he retired in 2006. He was a well known man in King Cove. He had a passion for cooking and everybody loved that about him. He also enjoyed football. All through the football season you could find him with a folder full of squares for upcoming games, and super bowl was a huge event.
His wife, Charlene Rocili survives Sal. Three children also survive him: Shane and Bridget Rocili, of King Cove, AK and Stacy Wilson of Anchorage, AK. He is also survived by grandchildren: Sadie Newton, Malia Overcash, Mallorie Wilson, Sierra Rocili, Brooke Wilson, Diesel Trumble, and Vanessa Wilson.
A viewing will be held at Acacia Funeral Home on Friday November 22nd from 10:00am- 3:00pm, with a service immediately following.
