Alice Marie Wilson

Alice M. Wilson, age 91, of Secaucus, New Jersey passed away peacefully on Wednesday, June 15, 2022. Alice was born December 29, 1930 to the late Fred and Henrietta Schafer in Jersey City and lived most of her life here in Secaucus. She leaves behind her loving Children, John A. Wilson and his wife Denise, Sharon Voli, Susan William and her husband Mike, Steven Wilson and his wife Johanna, and Laurie Pein and her husband Damon; Widow of her late son Robert and Daughter in Law Cindy Wilson; 16 Grandchildren, John R., Kate,Tyler, Jesse, Jordan, Kendyl, Alex, Grace, Kelly, Nicholas, Lucas, Alyssa, Olivia, Hunter, Natalie, and Connor; and 1 Great Granddaughter Morgan. Alice is Pre-deceased by her loving husband of 56 years John C. Wilson, a son Robert Wilson, and Siblings, Charles, Jean, and Grace.

Alice was a devoted mother and grandmother, spending her time crocheting baby blankets and Christmas Stockings for her family and church to enjoy. Alice spent 20 years teaching Nursery School at St. Matthew’s Lutheran Church. She spent her free time crocheting, going on cruises, and bobbing in the lake with her sisters.

A visitation for Alice will be held Monday, June 20, 2022 from 4 to 8PM at Mack Memorial Home, 1245 Paterson Plank Road, Secaucus, NJ 07094. A Lutheran Prayer Service will occur Tuesday, June 21, 2022 at 10AM at St. Matthew's Lutheran Church, on Paterson Plank Rd. Secaucus, NJ. Her Cremation will be Private. In Lieu of flowers the family asks for donations to be made in her honor to St. Matthew’s Lutheran Church.
