Barbara Petrillo

Born in Jersey City, New Jersey, she was the daughter of Ann Manzo and Leo Pierro. She grew up in Union City, New Jersey and graduated Emerson High School in 1957 where she met her husband Nick. She then moved to Ridgefield, New Jersey where she raised her family as a devoted homemaker and later on worked as a teacher’s aide in the Ridgefield School District. Upon retirement, Barbara and Nick moved to Secaucus, New Jersey where she created a warm and inviting home for her family.

Barbara had magnetic energy and she lit up every room she entered. She loved spending time with her friends, going out to the movies, and enjoying restaurants, but most of all being surrounded by her family and grandchildren. She also had a special attachment with her feline friend, Bella.

She is survived by her loving husband Nick Petrillo, beloved sons Craig and Christopher, and cherished grandchildren Sedona and Remi-Angelo. Also caring Aunt of Michael Pierro and predeceased by her brother Robert Pierro and a niece Kym Pierro.

Barbara’s presence will be dearly missed, Barbara may have passed on but her spirit lives on in all of our hearts.

A visitation for Barbara will be held Thursday, January 30, 2025 from 4 to 8PM at Mack Memorial Home, 1245 Paterson Plank Road, Secaucus, NJ. Her Funeral Service will be Private.
