Josephine was born in Jersey City to the late Pasquale and Antonietta LaGuardia and lived in Hoboken before moving to Secaucus in 1972.
Josephine adored her family. She spoke often about her childhood and shared countless family memories. She cherished her time growing up with her sister and brother. She taught many about the value of family. Josephine was no stranger to hardships or family trials however she never let the past get in her way of what could be. She was loyal to her husband who was her first and only love. Together they raised a family and experienced the joy of grandchildren. All will miss her dearly. Josephine held those around her to a high standard. She lived by a very high moral ethic forcing those who knew her to follow her lead. Old Blue Eyes (Frank Sinatra) was another of Josephines joys. She loved the smooth crooning voice and snappy lyrics of the Hoboken Legend. We all will carry with us the life lessons she taught and will never forget the recipe's and the memories of countless meals and treats she prepared over the years. We know you are at peace now. We know our Creator has welcomed you into the glorious mansion, where, awaiting her she found all her friends, family and loved ones that preceded her passing. We will always Love you. Thank you for sharing your life with us.
