Joyce Romano (nee Wendt), 85, of Union City, NJ, entered into rest on Wednesday September 25, 2013. Beloved wife of the late Joseph A. Romano. Devoted mother of Nancy Gelfman and her husband Stanley and Richard Romano. Loving grandmother of Jessica and Michael Gelfman. Dear sister of the late June Hempel. Aunt of many nieces & nephews. Joyce enjoyed her family, animals, crossword puzzles, bingo and Atlantic City. Visitation will be held Friday from 1 PM to 5 PM at Mack Memorial Home, 1245 Paterson Plank Road, Secaucus, NJ. The family will gather at the funeral home on Saturday at 9:30 AM for a 10:30 Graveside Service at Madonna Cemetery, Ft. Lee, NJ.
