Nancy O’Keefe

Nancy G. O’Keefe, born on November 22, 1923, passed away on December 14, 2025, at the age of 102. She was born to the late John and Laurette Guido in Jersey City where she lived most of her life before moving in with her daughter Nancy in Watchung, N.J. and with Debra in Chester N.Y. for the last 5 years. Nancy was an Information Operator for Bell Telephone Company in Jersey City for over 35 years before retiring in 1983 and a member of the Jersey City Library Guild.

Nancy was the loving wife of the late David F. O’Keefe. Devoted mother of daughters Nancy O’Keefe-Kania and her husband Michael Kania, and Debra O’Keefe; cherished grandmother of Sarah Sexton, currently residing in Greensboro N.C. Her 5 siblings predeceased Nancy. She is also survived by many loving nieces & nephews, extended family and friends and will be missed by everyone who knew and loved her.

A Visitation will be held at Mack Memorial Home, located at 1245 Paterson Plank Road, Secaucus, NJ, on Thursday, December 18th, from 4 to 8pm. A Funeral Home Prayer Service will be offered at 10:30am on Friday, December 19th at Mack Memorial Home followed by her Entombment at Holy Cross Cemetery, 340 Ridge Road, North Arlington, NJ
