

On Sunday, February 7, 2021, Stephanie Sidman, loving daughter, sister, friend, and dog mom, passed away unexpectedly at the age of 49 years old. Stephanie was born on March 11, 1971 in New York, New York to Carl Sidman and Gloria Singer.
She graduated from Mount Olive High School in 1989. Stephanie was a dedicated, hard worker, who wore many hats during her lifetime. She was a retail associate for Acme/A&P since the age of 16, crossing guard for the town of Secaucus, and Uber Eats driver. However, due to her passion for dogs, her favorite was being a dog walker at Baker’s Dog Care.
At the time of her passing, Stephanie resided with her friend Heather Fearon, along with her children Justyn and Emily Fearon and their fur babies Beija and Scout. Stephanie was preceded in death by her father, Carl Sidman, and her mother, Gloria Singer, as well as her dog, Ryder. She is survived by her stepmother, Susan Sidman, her sister, Deann Borkowski, her brother, William Sidman, her goddaughter, Erin Mallory, as well as her dog, Ginger.
Stephanie lived a very happy, fulfilled, adventurous life and never a day went by when she was not smiling, waving, or sharing a kind hello to people who would cross her path. Stephanie will be remembered as a loving, caring friend and dedicated dog mom to both Ryder and Ginger. Many treasured her infectious laugh, as well as her compassionate spirit.
All will remember Stephanie by her beautiful smile, her caring heart, and her need for adventure. Her family and forever friends will miss her terribly. “To have known her is to love her.”
