Earl Dean Roberts

He is survived by wife, Erna Roberts; daughter, Deanna Jo Roberts; son, Billy Ray Roberts; brother, Meril Roberts (Glenda); sister, Wanda Horne (Pat) and numerous nephews and nieces.

Earl operated a gas station in Earlsboro and was a cattleman/rancher in the Earlsboro area. He was employed at Tinker Air Force Base for 26 years, retiring November of 1990.

He served in the U.S. Army Oct. 15, 1958 to Oct. 10, 1960, also Aug. 1961 – Aug. 1962. After retirement he worked as a hotshot driver for Scout Transportation Services and Lone Star Transportation. He operated Earl Roberts Escort Services as a pilot-car driver. Earl was a member of the Seminole City Lodge #476. He was predeceased by father, J.W. Roberts; his mother, Clara Roberts; brother, Arthur Roberts; brother, Milton Roberts and sister, Ada Eaves.

His graveside service and interment will be at Resthaven Memorial Park Cemetery, 10am, Wednesday, November 2nd 2011. For additional information please view our website at www.resthavenfh.com
