Shawnee Resident, Jacob Ray Buckmaster Jr., 22, passed away on Monday February 1st, 2016. He was born March 3rd, 1993 in Shawnee to Linda Hickey and Jacob Buckmaster Sr. He graduated from Shawnee High School in 2011. Jacob was an inspiration to everyone around him. He was there for anyone when they needed to talk and his smile made you want to follow him anywhere. He would make you laugh on your worst days and push you to be your best. He was a loving son, brother, nephew, cousin, and friend who left us too soon and will be greatly missed.
He is preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Howard Humphrey, and Sister Brooke Buckmaster.
He is survived by his mother, Linda Hickey; father, Jacob Buckmaster Sr. And John Riddle; Sisters, Harley Webb, and Heather Richards; grandmother, Rebecca Humphrey; aunts and uncles, Cathy Fielder, Ruth Ball DeLeta Moore, and Tim Mayhugh; Cousins Carl Dirkson, Caleb McCormick.
A celebration of life will be held 2pm Thursday, February 11th, 2016 at Trinity Chapel in Resthaven Memorial Park.
