Jimmy Orvil Stacy Jr.

Jimmy Stacy Jr. was born December 2, 1960, in Seminole, Oklahoma to Jimmy and Anna Stacy. He left this life after a courageous battle with cancer on August 12, 2021. Jim graduated from Shawnee High School in 1979. He worked at Jindal Poly Films (formerly known as Exxon Mobil) from 1979 to 2018.

Jim enjoyed the simple things in life. He loved Remington Park horse racing, movies, (especially Clint Eastwood), music, guitars, fishing, and the New York Yankees. Most of all he loved his family and being a “Gwampy” to his grandson Vaughn and 3 granddogs Wrigley, Herman, and Rocky.

Preceding him in death were his father Jim Stacy and daughter Lindzee Stacy. He is survived by his mother Anna Stacy of Shawnee; daughter Brandee Kinnamon and husband Todd of Shawnee; daughter Savannah Rogers and husband Sam of Shawnee; grandson Vaughn Kinnamon of Shawnee, brother Dane Stacy and wife Rhonda of Shawnee, brother Chad Stacy and wife Lori of Meeker; including numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.

A viewing will be held at Resthaven Funeral Home in Shawnee from 5:00 – 8:00 PM on Friday, August 20th, 2021. A memorial service will be held at University Baptist Church in Shawnee at 1:00 PM on Saturday August 21st, 2021.
