Mr. Albert “Ray” Shepherd, age 66, of Louisville, returned to his Heavenly Father on Sunday, December 27, 2020. Mr. Shepherd was born in Louisville on June 29, 1954 to the late Albert Horace and Ethel Mae (Sharp) Shepherd.
He leaves to cherish his memory, his sisters, Linda Shepherd (Kenny) and Debbie Shearer; nieces, Ramona Miller, Rhonda Mattingly and Angel Little; nephews, Glenn Miller, Dean Shepherd and Billy Wayne and Casey Shearer; and a host of dear family and friends.
Funeral service will be held at 10 am on Thursday, December 31, 2020 at Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy at Brooks Rd) with interment to follow at Bullitt Lick Baptist Church Cemetery. Friends may pay their respects on Wednesday from 2 pm until 8 pm and on Thursday from 9 am until the time of service at the funeral home.
