Billy Ray Adkins

Mr. Adkins was born December 20, 1954 in Adair County, Kentucky.

He is preceded in death by his father, Chester Adkins and sister-in-law, Hazel Adkins.

He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Theresa Adkins; children, Jeremy Adkins (Talleri McRae) and Raelyn Adkins; mother, Arlene Adkins; siblings, Larry Adkins, Ronnie Adkins (Cindy), Timmy Adkins (Dana), Barbi Goodin (Larry), JoAnna White and David Adkins (Tonda).

Funeral service will be held on Saturday at 10:00 am in the chapel of Schoppenhorst Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy at Brooks Rd.) with burial in Highland Memory Gardens. Friends may pay their respects on Friday from 2:00 pm until 8:00 pm and after 9:00 am on Saturday until the time of service.
