Brian Keith Skaggs, age 56, of Mt. Washington, KY returned to his Heavenly Father on Tuesday, October 27, 2020. Brian was born to Kenneth and Mitzi “Malone” Skaggs on July 24, 1964 in Louisville, Kentucky. Brian was a truck driver for many years, and worked for Tradewinds Transit of Bardstown, KY. Brian enjoyed restoring motorcycles, woodworking, etching and music.
He was preceded in death by his brother Allan Skaggs. Brian leaves to cherish his memory his parents Kenneth and Mitzi Skaggs; son Eric Skaggs, granddaughter Ella Dishon; sister Laurie Doan (Roby), along with nieces Emily and Allison Doan.
Funeral service will be held on Monday, November 2, 2020, at 2:00 pm in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood & Brooks Funeral Home (4895 N. Preston Hwy at Brooks Rd) with burial in Brookland Cemetery. Friends may pay their respects on Monday, November 2, 2020, from 10:am till 2:00pm.
