Cherry Lee Combs Jones

Mrs. Cherry Lee (Pyne) Combs Jones, age 72, of Mt. Washington returned to her Heavenly Father on November 13, 2020. Mrs. Jones was born on July 4, 1948 in Fort Dix, New Jersey to the late Harry and Esther (Smith) Pyne. Mrs. Jones Worked for Ford Motor Company and was a member of Trinity Life Center. Among those that preceded her in death are her parents, sisters, Sandra Chisler, Carolyn Jones and Judy Rollyson; and brother, John Pyne.

She leaves to cherish her memory her husband, Robert G. Jones; daughters, Cheryl Arroyo (John), Linda Chisler and Dawn Arroyo; stepdaughters, Kathy Demaison (Raymond),Tammy Resar (Raymond), Tracey Jones and Laura Jones; stepsons, Robert G. Jones, Jr., Dennis Jones (Sandy) and Troy Jones (Sandy Jo); sister, Bonnie Helm; special niece, Frances Chisler; and lifelong friend, Chris Brown.

Funeral service will be conducted at 2 pm on Wednesday, November 18, 2020 at Trinity Life Center (964 Hwy. 44 Shepherdsville, KY 40165). Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Highway at Brooks Road) are entrusted with the arrangements. www.subfuneralhome.com
