Where do i begin??? I find myself thinking about you more than i ever have you was my uncle father figure but mainly my friend….. i wish i could tell you i got my cdl 11 years ago i wish i could tell you about my marriage and divorce over a cup of coffee in the morning and a bowl of chili that evening and you would of listened and advised the whole time yes i lost an uncle but i mainly lost my friend i love you uncle Dave i know nobody is hungry in heaven with you there!!! My man!!!!

So sorry to hear of your loss. It's been many years.

There are so many fond memories of my youth that involve Uncle Dave. I remember laughing so hard my sides hurt and tears rolled down my face listening him tell the absolutely funniest stories I've ever heardthe only times the stories got better was when he was with his best friend Uncle Jackie. I could listen to them talk for hours.  I remember visiting him at the fire station. I literally thought of him as a bonafide superhero. He always treated me like his own child. I respected him to the utmost.  He and Aunt Joann were truly like second parents to me and I will never forget the love and acceptance they showed me. And don't even get me started on the cooking! Both Uncle David and Aunt Joann cooked the most amazing dishes. I STILL cannot find lasagna or stroganoff recipes that are anywhere close to the amazing masterpieces that they created in their kitchen.  Lastly, I will never forget the absolute pure love Uncle David showed my father and I when my mom passed away unexpectedly. With a calming spirit and open arms, he held us as we cried. He accompanied me and my dad to the hospital, with his sweet daughter Danielle holding my hand the entire way there. She's inherited his kind and gentle spirit and his irreplaceable wit and sense of humor. I love you Uncle Dave. I just know you're up there telling stories with your brothers and enjoying a game of horse shoes! So thankful that you've received deliverance from your pain and suffering on this earth. I will forever love and miss you. Respectfully, your niece "Jay"

Have lots of wonderful memories of Dave over last 43 years as a friend and brother in law.       Dave was a very compassionate and caring person. He always worried about everyone else's well being.        We enjoyed some wonderful fun filled times over the years. As well as some rough scary times through his last few years of his illness, But he was very strong and just kept pushing forward up to very end.       Myself and Vicki and Carolyn were blessed to spend several days with him last week. We had a wonderful visit lot's of great memories from pass were talked about. Lot's of fun and laughter.        Dave will be greatly missed and always loved.

Uncle David I will miss you making fun of me. I always got a kick out of it. I love you!

So sorry Ronnie and Vicki. May god be with you and your family during this time of sorrow

David made the best yeast rolls.He tried to show me how to make them.My rolls would always look like hockey pucks.David would say ,Buck your no baker.He was not only a great cook ,He was a great firefighter.We faught many fires togeather.David was cool under fire and fearless.Although we didn't see each othere much,I thought of Him often.I'll never forget you David.Rest in peace my friend.

Vickie, I am so sorry for the loss of your brother. May he rest in peace. Praying for the family.

Thoughts, prayers, and blessings to Davids family. He will be missed alot. He is finally at peace and rest after his battle on this earth. David was a very personable person, he cared about everyone. He was an excellent cook, and I will always remember his Lasagna. Rest in peace David.
