Donald R. Meredith

Mr. Donald R. Meredith, age 53, of Munfordville, returned to his Heavenly Father on Tuesday, March 3, 2015. Mr. Meredith was Baptist by faith and co- owner/ operator of Meredith Kitchen Cabinets with his wife who were both very hard workers. Donald "Night Walker" was a member of the KY Free Trappers and The Tomahawks and a 1979 graduated from Portland Christian School. His death was due to drowning from an accident on the Green River Ferry leaving Mammoth Cave.

Among those who preceded him in death include, his wife, Michelle A. Meredith.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his children, Steven Scott Nelson (Tifany Torok), Joshua Dwain (Ruby) and Robert William Meredith; 4 grandchildren; mother, Dolly Meredith Hart; father, Ivion Meredith; siblings, Ronald Meredith (Sandy); uncles, Max Meredith and Daniel "Bubby" Case; aunt, Shirley Collins; step brothers, Jerry and Greg Epley and Wayde, Greg and Neil Hart and a host of other family and friends.

Funeral service for Donald and Michelle will be conducted at Noon on Tuesday, March 10, 2015 in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy. at Brooks Rd.; use John Harper entrance) with interment in Bethany Cemetery. Friends may pay their respects on Sunday from 1:00 pm until 8:00 pm and on Monday from 10:00 am until 8:00 pm at Schoppenhorst.
