Elmer White

Elmer Windle White, born January 17 1932, age 83 formerly of Echols, returned to his Heavenly Father on June 14 2015. Mr. White was a Korean veteran of the Air Force and a member of the Lewis Parkland Masonic Lodge #638 F&AM.

Among those who preceded him in death include his parents, Harry White and Ruby Bratcher; and his brothers, Donald White and Delmer White.

He leaves to cherish his memory his children, Wayne White (Anita), Cindy Grinestaff (Ray), Angela McManus (Dwayne), Brian Risen (Joyce), and Carrie Thompson (Walker); sister, Nola Casebier; brother, Dick White (Ann); grandchildren, Justin and Amanda Grinestaff, Kelly White, William Bryant, Blake, Bryce, and Baily Risen, and Christian, Jacob, and Ayden Thompson; and 5 great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 7:00 PM on Wednesday in the Chapel of Schoppenhorst Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home ( Preston Highway and Brooks Road use John Harper entrance). Friends may pay their respects from noon until the time of service on Wednesday. Obituary on www.subfuneralhome.com
