Mr. James Childress, age 58, of Louisville, returned to his Heavenly Father on Monday, December 10, 2018. He was born in Jefferson County on January 16, 1960 to the late Emory Mills and Patricia Ann Childress. Mr. Childress loved animals and being outdoors.
Among those who preceded him in death include his parents; his sister, Mary Lou Holland and his brother, Mark Childress.
He leaves to cherish his memory his brothers, John Childress (Billie) and Tony Childress (Dorothy); sister, Kathy Collins (Mark); several nieces and nephews; good friend, Richard Coogle; and a host of other family and friends.
Family has chosen cremation, Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston at Brooks Rd.) in charge of arrangements.
