Mr. James “Jim” R. Bundy, age 53, of Louisville, returned to his Heavenly Father on Saturday, February 23, 2019. Jim was born in Hamilton, OH on October 29, 1965. He loved hunting, fishing and archery. He was an avid UK basketball fan, employed at Wal- Mart in management and was a conceal and carry instructor.
Among those who preceded him in death include, his father, Robert Bundy and his grandparents, James H. Lewis and Margaret Lewis.
He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife, Kathie Bundy; children, Brandy Bundy, Holly Bundy (Glen Jones, Jr.) and Dawn Heath (John); grandchildren, Trinity Faith Burden and Serenity Hope Burden; mother, Ida Mae Allen; sisters, Tina Imhoff and Angela Goins and a host of other dear family and friends.
Funeral service will be held at 1:30 pm on Saturday, March 2, 2019 in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home with burial to follow at Evergreen Cemetery. Friends may pay their respects on Saturday from 9:00 am until the time of service at the funeral home.
