Pierce, James Carlos age 83 of Louisville returned to his Heavenly Father September 15, 2016 at Hosparus Downtown. He was a member of Peniel Baptist Church and retired Machinist for Brown and Williamson. He is preceded in death by his wife Mildred Wright-Pierce; son Eddie Pierce; and parents, Harvey and Ada Peirce. Mr. Pierce leaves to cherish his memory, sons, Vernon (Judy), and Jim Pierce; brothers, Hubert (Brenda), Richard Pierce; grandchildren, Derrick and Lauren Pierce; and great grandchild Mia Pierce. Funeral Service will be 2pm Monday September 19, 2016 in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy. & Brooks Rd) with burial in Hebron Cemetery.
