Ms. Jenna Kaye Smith, age 25, of Louisville returned to her Heavenly Father on Sunday, February 21, 2021. Jenna was born on June 26, 1995 in Louisville to Debbie (Amshoff) Smith and the late Mark Smith. Among those that preceded her in death are her father; and grandfathers, Robert Amshoff and Charles Smith.
She leaves to cherish her memory, her mother, Debbie Smith; sister, Jessica Smith; brother, Justin Smith; grandmothers, Janet Amshoff and Brenda Smith; nephew, Noah Gies; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family and friends.

Funeral service will be conducted at 2 pm on Thursday, February 25, 2021 in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy. at Brooks Rd) with cremation to follow. Friends may pay their respects on Wednesday from 4 pm until 8 pm and on Thursday from 9 am until the time of service at the funeral home.
Due to the pandemic, masks or facial coverings are mandatory, social distancing must be practiced, there is no food or drink allowed and all lounges are closed.
