Mrs. Karen Louise Parks, 62, of Louisville, KY, returned to her Heavenly Father on Tuesday, March 20, 2018. Mrs. Parks was a lovely lady who was always dressed to the nines and she will be greatly missed by her beloved family.
Among those who preceded her in death include her parents, Jack and Mable Capito and her brother, Gary Capito.
She leaves to cherish her memory, her husband, Billy Parks; son, Anthony Parks (Melissa) and grandson, Bailey Parks.
