Keith Edward Adams-Smith

     Mr. Keith Edward Adams-Smith age 62, of Louisville, KY, returned to his Heavenly Father on Friday, September 2, 2022.   He was born in Jefferson County, KY on December 3, 1959, to the late Rulan Emerson Smith and Norma Jean Higdon Smith.

   He was also preceded in death by two brothers, Rulan Smith, Jr. and Kevin Smith.

    He had served in the United States Army, was a member of the Little Flock Baptist Church and was an electrician with Union # 369. 

    He leaves to cherish his memory his loving wife of 40 years, Carol Sue Phillips Smith, having united in marriage on May 1. 1982; a son, Chris Smith; a daughter, Jenny Waters (Bobby); three grandchildren, Mason Smith, Natilee Smith and Tristin Smith; three brothers, Perry Smith (Donna), Tim Smith and Lee Smith (Sonya); two sisters, Kathy Smith and Dawn Barbeau (Drew); stepmother, Dottie Smith and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

    Funeral service will be conducted at 10 AM on Wednesday, September 7, 2022, in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Highway at Brooks Road) with entombment to follow in the Evergreen Cemetery.  Friends and loved ones may pay their respects on Tuesday, September 6, 2022, from 3pm until 8 pm and on Wednesday from 9 am until time of service at the funeral home.
