Mr. Kenneth E. Hicks, 81, passed away on Tuesday, January 20, 2026 at his residence. Kenneth was born November 25, 1944 to Edward and Pearl Hicks. Kenneth was a Navy Veteran. He was preceded in death by his wife, Shirley Elaine Hicks; sisters, Barbara Walker and Faye Craig; brother, Gilbert Hicks.
Kenneth is survived by his son, Russell Jackson; granddaughter, Samatha Jackson; sister-in-law, Sheila Moore (Garry); mother-in-law, Norma Stotts; sisters, Georgie Duvall and Rosie Sparks; and a host of friends.
The funeral service will be at 2pm, Tuesday, February 3 ,2026 in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Highway at Brooks Road) with burial in Brookland Cemetery. Family and friends may pay their respects on Tuesday from 11 am until time of service
