Linda Kay Stewart Ramey

Linda Kay Stewart Ramey, age 76, of Shepherdsville, KY formerly of Pikeville, KY returned to her Heavenly Father on Monday, April 24, 2023.   She was born on May 7, 1946 to the late Thomas Stewart and Opal Fern Huffman Stewart.   

She was preceded in death by her husband, Oscar Blake Ramey; grandchildren, Marissa Ann Ramey and Cody Blake Ramey.

She leaves to cherish her memory; two sons, Tommy Blake Ramey (Lisa Ann) and Tony Lee Ramey (Winnie Jean); two grandchildren, Afton Nicole Heinsohn and Laken Strong (Kyle); six great grandchildren, Avin Heinsohn, Blake Heinsohn, Liam Fleck, Theodore Fleck, Barren Strong and Hattie Mae Strong; brother, Kenny Stewart (Laura); sister, Edna Faye Coleman (Joe) and a host of other nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.

Funeral service will be conducted at 11 am on Monday, May 1, 2023, in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Highway at Brooks Road) with burial to follow in Highland Memory Gardens in Mt. Washington.  Friends and loved ones may pay their respects on Sunday, April 30, 2023, from 12 noon until 8 pm and on Monday from 9 am until time of service at the funeral home.
