Lindsey Denise Hester

Mrs. Lindsey (Shepherd) Hester, age 27, of Shepherdsville returned to her Heavenly Father on July 8, 2019. Lindsey was born on April 5, 1992 in Louisville to Clifford Dodd and Tonya (Hedges) Shepherd. Mrs. Hester was a registered nurse for University of Louisville Hospital and a faithful member of Bullitt Lick Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by her grandfather, Robert Lee Hedges.

She leaves to cherish her memory her loving husband, Brian Hester; her sons, Landon and Brayden Hester; her parents; brother, Joshua Shepherd (Sandy); grandparents, Buddy and Juanita Shepherd and Pat Hedges; uncles, Brian Hedges (Rhonda), Bobby Hedges, Darren Shepherd (Sara) and Michael Shepherd (Christina); nephews, Carter and Jaxson Shepherd; niece, Alivia Reynolds; father and mother-in-law, Anthony and Denise Hester; sister-in-law, Morgan Reynolds; and a host of cousins.

Funeral service will be conducted at 2 pm on Friday, July 12, 2019 at Bullitt Lick Baptist Church (2975 Hwy. 44 West Shepherdsville, Ky 40165) with interment to follow at Hester Family Cemetery (2745 W. Bluelick Rd.) Friends may pay their respects on Thursday from 11 am until 8 pm at Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy. at Brooks Rd.) and on Friday from 10 am until time of service at the church.
