Mrs. Mary Juanita (Newton) Adams, age 72, of Shepherdsville returned to her Heavenly Father on January 15, 2024. Mrs. Adams was born on September 19, 1951, in Marion County, KY to the late Michael and Mary (Nalley) Newton. Mrs. Adams was a homemaker and a Catholic by faith. She leaves to cherish her memory her loving husband, Darrell Adams; son, Robert Adams (Lori); daughter, Patricia Parnell (James); grandchildren, Travis, Letitia, Dustin, Cassandra, and Kendra; great-grandchildren, Austin, Braden, Mia, Riott, Delilah, and Quinn; three brothers; and five sisters. Funeral service will be conducted at 2 pm on Friday, January 19, 2024, in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Highway at Brooks Road) with interment in Brookland Cemetery.
