Mrs. Massey was born November 25, 1941 in Louisville. She formerly worked for Green and Associates and was a member of Clifton Heights Baptist Church.
Among those who preceded her in death include, her husband, Harold C. Massey; infant son, Harold Clifford Massey, Jr. and parents, Thomas and Nancy Karr Clark
She leaves to cherish her memory, her daughter, Pennie Cummins (Jim); granddaughters, Sarah E. Hawkins (Chris) and Laura "Katie" Cummins; great grandsons, C.J. and Matthew Hawkins; sister, Margaret Swartz; brother-in-law, David James and a host of other family and friends.
Funeral service will be held at 10:00 am on Friday at Schoppenhorst Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy at Brooks Rd.) with burial Highland Memory Gardens. Friends may pay their respects on Thursday from 1:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Schoppenhorst.
