Patricia “Patty” Ann Hewitt, age 76, passed away on Thursday, February 19, 2026. Patty was preceded in death by her loving and supportive husband, Gary L Hewitt. She was born in Louisville on Tuesday, December 13, 1949, to the late Clinton and Juanita Pierce.
Patty loved her vacations at the beach; she would say the trips to Aruba with Gary were her favorites. She also loved “Lake Life”. She was a University of Kentucky fan, loved watching football, and horse racing.
She enjoyed being with her grandchildren and always attended their games and extracurricular activities. Her love for her family was fierce and unconditional.
She is survived by her children, Charles Robinson (Christy) and Holly Robinson; her grandchildren, Darian, Blade, Hannah, and CJ; her fur babies, Scooter and Murphy along with a host of family and friends.
Funeral services will be at 2 pm on Friday, February 27, 2026, in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (4895 N. Preston Hwy) with burial to follow at Brookland Cemetery. Family and friends may pay their respects on Friday from 10 am until the time of service.
